- 10-Minute Massage Sequence - The 10 minute massage stimulates 40 acupressure points in a specially designed sequence involving 19 Japanese massage techniques. The sequence covers the neck, shoulders, arms, back, hands, and scalp.

- 20-Minute Massage Sequence - The 20 minute massage provides additional focus in every area. It stimulates supplementary acupressure points and incorporates more advanced Japanese massage techniques on the scalp, back and neck.
